No, the whole stuff is still not comitted. But we are at the early
stages anyway. At the start, the initial state we will just consolidate
the old "openpkg-tool", the openpkg-re/ stuff from CVS plus a few more
scripts flying around. After this we'll step-by-step switch those to
a new architecture which will be based around a common Perl API. But
all this requires a lot of more time, so expect the stuff ready in a
reasonable state not before OpenPKG 2.1 in June 2004.
