Thanks for your quick response.
After editing the $HOME/.curlrc entry for the user 'opkg',
$root/lib/openpkg/curl now works if I type it in manually, BUT 'openpkg
build' still fails with the same error.
Is there something I can do to further diagnose this?
I tried adding this to ~/.rpmmacros:
%l_curl %{l_prefix}/lib/openpkg/curl --disable-epsv
but that didn't help.
