No, up to now there was no "mbstring" option in the "php" package. You
can only enable options which are present and the present ones you can
query with "openpkg rpm -qpi". But for convinience and consistency
reasons I've now synchronized the "php" and "apache" packages according
to the PHP options and now you can build OpenPKG-CURRENT's "php" with
"with_mbstring yes".
