I just ran into a problem with mysql-4.0.18 on Release 2.0. The
%{l_prefix}/etc/mysql/my.pwd file has 600 permissions, which is fine, but
it's owned by %{l_musr} instead of %{l_rusr} which breaks at least the
``rc mysql status'' command as it's run as the restricted user.
