I was going to ask about that, actually.

UW IMAP daemons expect to be run out of (x)inetd.

It's easy enough to include an xinetd configuration file, but I
wasn't sure if that should be included or be left as an exercise
to the reader.

I don't see any example packages using xinetd, so I wanted to
know if there was a standard way of doing that in the OpenPKG
paradigm.

(Another possible alternative is to use a standalone app like
qmail's tcpserver, but I don't think anything like that is
included in the standard OpenPKG distribution.)
