I finally got around to moving our news to a fresh server running
inn-2.4.2-2.3.0, and found one thing that I either don't understand, or
it's a bug in the rc.inn file. Specifically I think the %quarterly section
the line reading:
rcService inn active yes && exit 0
should be:
rcService inn active yes || exit 0

When the customer has beaten upon you long enough, give him what he asks
