One more case which is now broken:

developer$ cvs ci -m "remove obsolete entries" pmod-psod.txt
openpkg:dev:ERROR: /openpkg-dev/bin/bash:ERROR: use of "cvs checkin" is 
disabled here, use "opd release"

The "cvs ci" should only be disabled in the src* directories, Thomas!
