I modified the latest openssh.spec to change the with_trysetpath to with_securepath so that if it is enabled then it sets the path otherwise it leaves the configure with default behavior. This is as I outlined in another email I sent a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping that this will be accepted and added as part of the 2.6 release.
