Dear Dev list I wrote this message for about one week. Any comments on this issue? Andrea Dear Dev list I'm writing you in attention to another project called Kolab2. In the past with Kolab V2.0.4 the openpkg source was always successful compiled on following server: Sun Ultra Enterprise 450 Sparc Solaris 10 11/06 latest recommended cluster (June 07) using sunfreeware compiler packages. Since Kolab2 V2.1 Final the openpkg source (higher version) can not be anymore successful compiled. Also the BETA version of Kolab2 V2.2 will not successful compile on mentioned os etc. The reason for this is that even db4 would be successfully compiled and installed within the openpkg process the php config script does not recognize the db4 library and because of this the php source fails to be build successfully: checking for sys/types.h... (cached) yes checking for inttypes.h... (cached) yes checking for stdint.h... (cached) yes checking for string.h... (cached) yes checking for stdlib.h... (cached) yes checking for strtoll... yes checking for atoll... yes checking for strftime... (cached) yes checking whether to enable DBA... no checking for QDBM support... no checking for GDBM support... no checking for NDBM support... no checking for db4 major version... configure: error: Header contains different version error: Bad exit status from /kolab/RPM/TMP/rpm-tmp.259 (%build) I can confirm that this error etc. is not coming because on the OS is another library. The workaround is to replace after compilation of the openpkg db4 the librarys etc. with a own compiled version and after this php configure process recognize this library and goes forward to build php successful. At the end the original db files would be again copied back etc. I know that above information is probably not enough to help me or the Kolab2 comunity but my first questions would only be following: --> Do you know this error/issue etc. ? --> If yes is there a solution/workaround ? --> If no can you please me deliver what you exact need to go forward to troubleshoot this issue (known by kolab2 dev list under issue 1809). I set Mr. Bernhard Reiter ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) on CC which is one of the Dev list of Kolab2 and which is informed about this issue. Probably he can also help with some internal kolab2 dev list info.
