We are considering using OpenPKG where I work. We currently use depot to keep track of changes to /usr/local so that we can easily undo an install if it did not work.
Let's say I upgrade Perl and my users complain that they would like the old package back. How do you handle this? Another question: If I want two simultaneously installed versions of Perl, how do I handle that?
