A --nodeps is not necessary, because OpenPKG-CURRENT's "openpkg-tools"
depend on "openpkg >= 20040409" and OpenPKG-2.0's "openpkg-2.0.2-2.0.2"
provides (also) "openpkg-20040418-20040418".
