I’m trying to install Tomcat on Redhat AS 2.1 using openpkg and I’m getting the following error message.
error: Failed dependencies:
JRE is needed by tomcat4-4.1.30-20040212
I tried to download j2se14-1.4.2.04-20040314.nosrc.rpm but I can’t figure out how that works in order to fulfill the dependency for tomcat.
The machine has java installed in /usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_02.
