I just uploaded a bacula src rpm to the contrib/00UPLOAD area. Please have a look at it and see if its all kosher. It is working for me, YMMV.
I have it set to only use mysql becuase that is what I am using. Bacula supports Postgresql and SQLite but the src rpm would need some tweaking to get those in. I added a 'with-server' option which defaults to yes. It will compile all 3 daemons normally. Set it to no for clients and only one daemon will be installed.
