Well... it outputs amd64 as 3.0 GHz Xeon CPUs have the EM64T extension
and your OS runs in x86_64 (aka amd64) mode, so GNU shtool recognizes it
as the amd64 platform (which is not really wrong here as EM64T is the 64
bit extension which Intel licensed from AMD AFAIK).
