Now fixed by adding the dependency.

Hmmm... there is no DB 3.x package any longer in OpenPKG CURRENT and the
"apt" package built just fine for me even without any DB 3.x. I see that
APT's autoconf stuff searches for DB 1.x, but it built just fine.

Ok, now fixed by adjusting the patch from a hard-coded "-ldl" to a
conditional "-ldl". http://cvs.openpkg.org/chngview?cn=33934

Everyone can help and maintain particular OpenPKG packages. Just
send your changes to openpkg-dev@openpkg.org and bother someone
of the OpenPKG Foundation e.V. to pick it up and commit it to the
official repository. Or even become a member of the OpenPKG Foundation
e.V. yourself and this way receive full write access to the OpenPKG
repository for directly maintaining packages.
