Ralf et al, At one point someone sent an email to this list with a quick step-by-step for upgrading from one STABLE release to another. I also found some notes about it in here: http://cvs.openpkg.org/fileview?f=openpkg-re/releasenotes.txt but it took some Googling to turn up this link.
