Ah, I see. The %{l_cflags -O} was in multiple places in apache.spec.
I've fixed it now. Please try again. Sorry.

Ah, this you mean. Hmm... well, currently the only possibility is to
override the l_cflags macro in your ~/.rpmmacros file. But you're right,
OpenPKG should provide a better mechanism for overriding those things.
