OpenPKG CURRENT is a self-contained distribution. When we upgraded
to DB 4.6 we especially ensured that all other packages from OpenPKG
CURRENT worked fine with DB 4.6's API and hence do not break the
self-containedness, of course. For this reason the "openldap" package
was for instance also upgraded to OpenLDAP 2.4.7! And for those who
really still need DB 4.5 there is the "db45" (instead of "db") package
in CURRENT. But we certainly should not downgrade "db" again to DB
4.5...
