Hello,

I can't say I support the idea of recording the meeting. We have some problems to discuss, some things to present. This is not a public OpenRISC exhibit, we need a nice atmosphere that encourages everyone to ask questions and propose ideas for further development. Having a camera or a microphone there will introduce unnecessary stress. I am afraid that instead of a technical conference we will get a PR meeting. We can always prepare a standard minutes document if that is needed.

Best regards,
Piotr

Hi all,

It'd be great to record the presentations and discussions that we'll
have at the meeting this coming weekend. I've had a few requests for
this so far from people who can't make it, and it'd serve as good
record of what went on. The problem is I'm not sure how to do go about
it, and even if I did I have no gear to do so.

So I'm asking if anyone knows someone with gear and/or expertise who
could organise some audio or video recordings for the event this
coming weekend.

Thanks!

Julius

I can probably bring equipment for both audio and video, but I will
need a day or two to do some test runs first before I can promise
anything.

If anyone else has more confidence, please step forward.
