Hi Ruben,

There are many of the core contributors who, just like you, do this
purely for fun. And most people posting on the lists have no direct
connection to OpenCores.

As for your privacy, lists.opencores.org asks only for your e-mail
address and an optional name. This also has nothing to do with your
repositories. I don't see anyone forcing you to give away control of
your code repos if you add another recipient for your mailing list
responses. It would just make life a bit easier for the other members
of the community
