Thanks for merging that in, Stephan :)

Like I mentioned earlier, a version of or1ksim that works with this
toolchain is also in my github.  I also have some changes to or1ksim on my
work machine (that I haven't merged yet) in that will implement the changes
we just added to the specification (the new arithmetic exceptions and
multiply stuff).  I also have done some of the work needed to add those
changes to the src tree.  I haven't really tested them sufficiently yet,
but once I've done so I'll push them to my repo.
