it is going to be hard regardless. suggestions:
* use a video-/tele-conference engine that allows recording in some
open format so those who cannot attend can watch/listen later.
overtly proprietary solutions need not apply.
Google Hangouts fit the bill here.... the conference can be made
available on YouTube for public consumption afterwards.
* address every question posed through email even if the originator
cannot attend.
