Hi Arun Thanks for your interest. If you're not familiar with the project at the moment, I would do something like download ORPSoCv3 and simulate an OpenRISC-based system. If you have an FPGA board (the easiest thing would be if you had one which is already supported by the board builds) I would try to implement an ORPSoC system on that FPGA. You could contribute in the way of providing feedback or committing patches for things which may not have worked or you think could be done better. Details on ORPSoC are here: http://opencores.org/or1k/ORPSoC Then you could go and talk to the community in the IRC rooms or on the mailing list and ask what they think you might be able to help with. You can find details of how to do this here (I've CC'ed the mailing lists anyway): http://opencores.org/or1k/OR1K:Community_Portal#Mailing_lists http://opencores.org/or1k/OR1K:Community_Portal#IRC There are also some major bits of work which need doing listed here: http://opencores.org/or1k/OR1K:FutureWork Cheers Julius _______________________________________________ OpenRISC mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openrisc.net/listinfo/openrisc
