I have added simple code to ROM before executing code from RAM:
0 : wb_dat_o <= 32'h18000000;
1 : wb_dat_o <= 32'h18600000;
2 : wb_dat_o <= 32'h18800000;
3 : wb_dat_o <= 32'ha8840100;
4 : wb_dat_o <= 32'h44002000;
5 : wb_dat_o <= 32'h15000000;
But result is the same.
