Thanks, but...
1) There is a site that has a windows port of Sendmail, 30 day eval, I
believe. Not Blat.
2) When I call open ssl with 'openssl -config "..." ', It returns a list of
commands, and still uses a default '/usr/local/something' path for openssl.cnf
