Release 0.20

Hy,

I`m so busy doing a ugly job, which has to be finished tomorrow morning
that i didn`t had the time to release 0.20. But this should be possible
at the weekend.

At least one positive thing: this gave me the time to port the ca.pl
script from OpenSSL over to Win32, so we have a basic certificate
management now :-)
