If anybody needs to fix this now, then head on down to 
http://www.php.net/version4/downloads.php and get the PHP4 Release Candidate. All you 
have to do is overwrite the existing files of the same name. (Make sure you get the 
php4ts.dll in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM or WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory)...
