That pesky openssl.cnf file

Hi, all.

Ok, I've trawled through the Users archive, and found references to a problem I appear 
to be having - the failure to generate my own CSR, due to a missing file.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might be able to pick up a copy of 
this file. (Hey, you can email it to me), plus any similar problems I might experience 
when trying to generate a CSR.
