Actually for SAF services using a SAF prefix seems to be the norm.
Ticket still valid.

Why was this ticket closed as invalid (with no motivation)?
It should have been migrated. An implementernmae like:

        MsgQueueService131343

Lacks any valid prefix and as an OpenSAF service should conform to the 
prefixing used by OpenSAF services. Possibly uou could use a SAF prefix instead 
of an OpenSAF Prefix, although that would break the uniformity of naming in 
OpenSAF.
