Attached is a patch for #438 and is also kind of related to AMF tickets #3028 and #483. This patch could be used and tested in the backdrop of these tickets because it touches a critical flow of failover in the middle of a switchover. Thanks, Mathi. The fix for this ticket would lead to a situation where an RDA callback with ACTIVE role will be delivered immediately after AMF had just delivered the csisetcallback for ACTIVE state, for the NID spawned services. i.e. Refer ticket #3028. We are talking about a situation where a controller node failover gets triggered When switchover is in progress and when AMF had swapped the 2N middleware components but had not yet set the RDA role; this situation will now(after this patch) make FM set(transition) the RDA role to ACTIVE.
