Hi,
One comment/clarification before testing.
  According to Section 3.6.2.2 Page 123 under the heading "Preferred 
number of in-service service units at a given time", AMF spec says:
"The preferred number of in-service service units for the service groups 
containing only nonpre-instantiable components must be set to one."
It is not clear why AMF mentions this for 2N model?  Should this patch 
include this change if applicable?
