I meant to change the structure from std:vector to something else. 
CCBs will work in the same way as they work today.

The IMM service uses the "presumed abort" definition of what a missing CCB 
record means.
I dont think you should change this.
So this would allow you to quickly discard the entry for aborted CCBs.
