Observed the following crash in MQA, where a multi-threaded application is
using MQSv APIs for messaging.
#0 0x0000003795239a8b in ncs_rp_tmr_stop () from /usr/lib64/libncs_core.so.0
#1 0x00002b5db86e64c6 in mqa_stop_and_delete_timer_by_invocation () from
/usr/lib64/libSaMsg.so.0
#2 0x00002b5db86d951e in saMsgMessageSendAsync () from /usr/lib64/libSaMsg.so.0
#3 <... application traces ....>
