** [tickets:#480] amf: amfnd asserts if recovery policy is set to NO_REC in
ccb op and comp faults.**

**Status:** unassigned
**Created:** Mon Jul 01, 2013 11:04 AM UTC by Praveen

changeset: 4326:e527a17ffbe5

Steps to reproduce:
1) Bring sa-aware amf_demo app up.
2) Unlock-in and unlock SU2
3) Modifiy recovery policy to SA_AMF_NO_RECOMMENDATION with this command:
immcfg -a saAmfCompRecoveryOnError=1
safComp=AmfDemo,safSu=SU2,safSg=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1
4) Kill comp in su2.

AMFD changes NO_RECOMMENDATION to SA_AMF_COMPONENT_FAILOVER as it is evident
from syslog
"Jul  1 16:10:57 CON-PC-10 osafamfd[1808]: NO COMPONENT_FAILOVER(3) used
instead of NO_RECOMMENDATION(1) for
'safComp=AmfDemo,safSu=SU2,safSg=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1".
But  updated to NO_RECOMMENDATION amfnd.
