If the print outs from ntfsubscribe is redirected to a file some of the prints
will be missing when ntfsubscribe is terminated.
The reason is that stdout normally is buffered when redirected to a file and
there is no "controlled" way of stopping execution ntfsubscribe (Ctrl+C or kill
has to be used). This means that ntfsubscribe terminates without flushing the
buffer which content will be lost.
