Setup used:-
Oracle Linux Server release 6.4, TCP, PBE enabled, IPV6 address.
4.3 Latest with patch for #98.
Problem description:-

When SG was in lock or lock-instantiation state, runtime modification of
saAmfSGAutoRapair was failed and resulted in reboot of active controller with
the following message in /var/log/messages

This was observed with both 2N and Nored models.
Please note runtime modification of saAmfSgtDefAutoRepair was sucessful when SG
was in lock/lock-in state.
