Same problem as ticket [#129].
LOGD also crashes on BAD_HANDLE due to timeout.
LOGD needs to increase IMMA_SYNCR_TIMEOUT to 60 seconds,
or (if it can not be blocked that long), cope with BAD_HANLDE by re-initializing
the OI handle.
