If the last terminating component returns error on cleanup during opensaf stop
we will end up in avnd_comp_clc_terming_cleanfail_hdler in avnc_clc.c. Here
there is no check done if all components are terminated as it's done in
avnd_comp_clc_terming_cleansucc_hdler. This causes amfnd to fail to exit which
will hang the stopping until the opensafd terminating timeout occures.
