tests/ntfsv includes its own test.c and util.c, those should be removed and the
ones in unit_test_fw should be used as in other test programs

There are a number of old test cases which do not pass because they are not
implemented correctly. This gives the impression that there are problems with
NTF itself, which is not the case.
This enhancement ticket should make sure that all test cases pass (provided NTF
itself is Ok.). A number of defect tickets has also revealed that some negative
test cases are missing, they should also be added.
All NTF test suites are executed with command
