Check the imm spec for the callbacks.
Very few error codes are allowed to be returned according to the spec.
ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED is not one of them.
The imm also has the right to abort any ccb that is not in critical,
for its own reasons, so the error code returned by a ccbApply can not
be garanteed to be the error code returned by any particular OI, of which
there could even be several anyway, involved in an apply.
