If you add a component to an INSTANTIATED SU and after that make lock and
lock_instantiate on the SU the admin operation lock_instantiate hangs forever.
Either it must be impossible to add a component to an INTANTIATED SU or the
lock_instantiate must handle components that are already UNINSTANTIATED.
