Scenario:
1) Brinup a 2n Model having 2su's, 2comp's, Si's and csis
2) Make sure one active component returns ERR_FAILED_OP in healthcheck callback
3) Default recovery action to be taken is SU Failover.
4) Here the, say, SU1 should go to disable state and SU failover should happen.
Instead auto-repair is being taken as default recovery which is not in
accordance to what spec says as below.
spec section 3.2.1.3:
A service unit is enabled when the node containing this service unit joins the
cluster
for the first time. It is set to disabled when a fail-over recovery is executed
within its
scope, or if its presence state is set to instantiation-failed or
termination-failed.

NodeAutoRepair? & SGAutoRepair flags are not yet implemented, but by default
auto repair action is taken in the SU failover case irrespective of whether
AutoRepair? flags are set or not. Will be taken care once these two flags are
implemented.
