Explicit information about relationship between IMCN notifications and CCB
operations should be added.
Example.
If several attributes in an object shall be modified this can be done in one or
in several modification operations (in the same CCB). In the first case only
one notification containing all modifications will be created but if done with
several modification operations one notification for each operation will be
created.
