When ticket #2278 was fixed @Cd was changed from representing day number to 
representing the first three letters of the day. The AIS spec actually says 
that this is how it shall be but is incorrect. The token @CD is missing in the 
spec and to be consent with month and year @CD shall represent the first three 
letters of the day and @Cd the day number.
At least @Cd must be changed back to represent day number as before. See also 
#2275
