Add support for a new way to use the IMM object search, by filling in the
SaImmSearchParametersT_2 in the following way:
If attrName is set to NULL and attrValue is not set to NULL, attrValueType must
be set to SA_IMM_ATTR_SANAMET. This makes it possible to find all references to
a specific object. Note that it is not possible to specify attribute flags as a
search criterion, so all references will be returned no matter if they have the
SA_IMM_ATTR_NO_DANGLING flag (defined in ticket #3122) or not.
