On a opensafd stop clean process `/var/lib/opensaf/osaf_dtm_intra_server`
should be removed.
Currentently opensafd script deleting no-existing `rm -f
/tmp/osaf_dtm_intra_server` file
It should be moved to `rm -f $pkglocalstatedir/osaf_dtm_intra_server`
