Currently in following scenarios, api is returning SA_AIS_ERR_INVALID_PARAM 
with some of the parameters. 


1) saAmfInitialize_4 with the saAmfContainedComponentCleanupCallback or 
saAmfContainedComponentInstantiateCallback member filled up in callback 
structure.


2) saAmfPmStart_3 with SaAmfRecommendedRecoveryT parameter set to 
SA_AMF_APPLICATION_RESTART or SA_AMF_CONTAINER_RESTART


As the feature corresponding to the parameter is not implemented, api should 
not give ERR_INVALID_PARAM. Instead, SA_AIS_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED can be returned.


For saAmfComponentErrorReport_4 api, ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED is returned when 
CONTAINRER_RESTART is given as parameter.

  Also, for saAmfResponse_4 with the response code SA_AIS_ERR_NOT_READY should 
return SA_AIS_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED , as it is the new value supported for that 
parameter in B.04.01
