The CLM spec supports only the following address families.
typedef enum {
    SA_CLM_AF_INET = 1,
    SA_CLM_AF_INET6 = 2
} SaClmNodeAddressFamilyT;

However, this topic did come up for discussions in the SAF meetings, to 
accomodate other address family like AF_TIPC.

This enhancement proposes to support the AF_TIPC address family as an OpenSAF 
extension. Backward compatibility and user interests to be evaluated before 
starting on this.
