If the RDN attribute is greater than 64 presently the error notification prints
the size of attribute as 66 (which include NULL termination byte)
immcfg -c TestClass
testClass=ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABC
error - saImmOmCcbObjectCreate_2 FAILED with SA_AIS_ERR_INVALID_PARAM (7)

NO ERR_INVALID_PARAM: RDN attribute is too large: 66. Max length is 64 for
SaStringT
The notification must be more readble:
NO ERR_INVALID_PARAM: RDN attribute value
