Delete any existing CSI:
immcfg -d safCsi=AmfDemo1,safSi=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1
amf-adm lock safSu=SU2\,safSg=AmfDemo\,safApp=AmfDemo1
When sleep of 1 sec is given, the admin command succeeds.
After admin command timeout, further admin command doesn't proceed as it says
"Admin operation going on".
